This is a Dutch Chocolate Cake with Matt finish brought for you in simplest way without using machine.
•Chocolate base
• for Dutch icing -
▪︎whipped cream
▪︎Ganache*
(recipe for ganache is written below)
•for matt effect -
Chocolate coating
▪︎200 gm dark chocolate
▪︎50 gm oil ( without any smell or taste)
*use sunflower oil or rice bran oil
* here I have used sunflower oil
Microwave the dark chocolate for 30 seconds and then add oil in it and mix and again microwave it for 10-20 seconds.
spread the mixture when it is lukewarm.
spread it gently on the cake .
▪︎allow the cake to set for 30 minutes.
• for spray
▪︎White Vanilla cold glaze - 2 tsp
▪︎ water - 8 tsp
▪︎few color drops (optional)
here we are using a spray bottle.
spray the mixture on the cake from a specific distance.
Our Matt effect cake is Ready 🤗
*Recipe for Ganache-
▪︎microwave 100 gm fresh cream for 30-50 seconds
▪︎add 200 gm dark chocolate in it and mix till it melts completely in the warm cream.
▪︎add 1 tsp Butter or 1 tsp neutral gel to give it a shiny effect.
